Davey SilensorPro Recently Received USA Energy Star Certification

ENERGY STAR is a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) voluntary program that helps businesses and individuals save money and protect our climate through superior energy efficiency.

The ENERGY STAR program was established by EPA in 1992 as a voluntary program to identify and promote energy–efficient products and buildings.  This was in order to reduce energy consumption, improve energy security, and reduce pollution through voluntary labeling of products and buildings that meet the highest energy efficiency standards.

In February 2016, Davey received US Energy Star Certification on the SilensorPro Pool Pump reinforcing its attributes of lower operating costs with a saving of up to 70% on traditional fan cooled pool pumps.  

In Australia where Davey manufacture this pump the design meets the stringent 8 star energy rating.
